How do I place an order?
Select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive an immediate confirmation email.
Can I pay later?
Yes, you can pay securely later through Klarna. You'll see this option at checkout.
Can I change my order?
Please email info@krokomingo.nl as soon as possible . If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to adjust it.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Order before 3:00 PM on a business day, and your package will be shipped the same day. Order before 12:00 PM on a Saturday, and we'll ship it right away.
What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands: €5.95 – free from €85
Belgium & Germany: €8.95 – free from €100
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a track & trace link by email after shipping.
📦 Pickup & delivery
Can I pick up my order in Veldhoven?
Yes, select "Pick up in Veldhoven" at checkout and contact us. We'll make sure your order is ready.
What if I am not home when the delivery takes place?
Your package will then be taken to a collection point. If you don't pick it up, it will be returned. You will then be responsible for the return shipping costs.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
Send an email to info@krokomingo.nl within 14 days and complete the withdrawal form. You then have another 14 days to return it.
What are the return conditions?
Products must be unused and, if possible, in their original packaging. Return costs are at your own expense.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Email us, and then place a new order yourself.

Can I have a gift delivered directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Enter the recipient's address at checkout. An invoice is never included with the package.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, digital and physical! Can be used across the entire product range.
Can I have a gift wrapped?
Absolutely! We're happy to wrap your gift festively – with a Krokomingo touch, of course. Just let us know when you place your order.

Are all products unique?
A lot, indeed! We work with a rotating collection, so once it's gone, it's gone.
Where can I find styling tips?

Do the colors in the photo match the actual product?
We do our best to photograph everything realistically. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

You can order 24/7. For questions, we're available during office hours – and sometimes outside of those hours too 😉

What does the name Krokomingo mean?
A mix of crocodile and flamingo: bold and elegant. Just like our collection.
Do you have a physical store?
No, Krokomingo is 100% online. You can, however, pick up orders in Veldhoven.
