Not completely happy with your order? Don't worry β we're happy to help. Read below to find out exactly how it works.
π¬ Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to indicate that you want to return (part of) your order. After that, you have another 14 days to return it.
- Complete the withdrawal form (add link)
- Send us an email at info@krokomingo.nl
- Pack the product carefully and send it to:

Once we receive your return, you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll refund the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 days.
β οΈImportant terms and conditions
- Products must be unused and preferably in original packaging
- In case of damage or unnecessary wear and tear we may charge a depreciation
- Return costs are at your own expense
πΈ Return entire order?
Yes, you'll receive a full refund β including the return shipping costs. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
π Free gift with your order?
You can keep it if you keep part of it β but if you return the entire item, please also return the gift.
π Exchange
Exchanging is possible!
Send an email to info@krokomingo.nl and then place a new order in the webshop yourself.
π₯ Received damaged?
Oops! Please contact us as soon as possible at info@krokomingo.nl .
Please include your order number and, if possible, include a photo. We'll resolve the issue quickly.
