You have 14 days after receipt to indicate that you want to return (part of) your order. After that, you have another 14 days to return it.

  • Complete the withdrawal form (add link)
  • Send us an email at info@krokomingo.nl
  • Pack the product carefully and send it to:

Once we receive your return, you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll refund the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 days.

⚠️Important terms and conditions

  • Products must be unused and preferably in original packaging
  • In case of damage or unnecessary wear and tear we may charge a depreciation
  • Return costs are at your own expense

Yes, you'll receive a full refund – including the return shipping costs. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

🎁 Free gift with your order?

You can keep it if you keep part of it – but if you return the entire item, please also return the gift.
